Shipping Policies


Shipment Schedule

Boxes are shipped the first week of every other month depending on your renewal date. Orders placed before the last day of the month will receive a next-month shipment. Orders placed after the last day of the month will receive a box in the following month's shipment. 

Example: November 30th order will ship first week of December. December 1st order will ship first week of January. 


Fees/Lost Packages

All Home Detox Box subscription boxes include free shipping in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Currently international shipping is available in Canada only. 

Products purchased individually from our online store are shipped based on weight. Shipping charges are incurred by the customer. 

The Home Detox Box is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong or old shipping address, or delayed deliveries. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Replacement packages are subject to a shipping fee.


Rejected/Undelivered Packages

Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to The Home Detox Box. We will contact you via email regarding re-shipping your subscription box or Online Shop order.

Subscription Boxes

There will be a shipping fee applied for the replacement box. If we don't hear from you within 3 business days, your order and subscription will be marked as cancelled and you will be refunded for the order.

Online Shop Orders

There will be a shipping fee applied for re-shipments. If we don't hear from you within 3 business days, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.
